Diya, the Indian restaurant in the opulent hotel started the new year by introducing ‘Gharana', which literally means ‘recipes from our homes'. Not to be mistaken for a regular fare; expert home chefs take centre stage to present their signature recipes which have been passed down through generations, perfected over time. Led by Chef Ajay Sahoo under the guidance of Executive Chef Ashish Bhasin, Gharana will give you an opportunity to taste a variety home-like foods by welcoming a home chef every month to present a new cuisine, different flavours laid out in a set menu.
